Will your group join us for Telethon 2012?

The Variety Kids Telethon is the only Telethon in the world that utilizes Satellite Groups! You can become part of an existing group or form your own. The KIDS need you!! On this page, you can find out the various fund raising events that our Satellites hold, see some pictures of our Satellites at work and at our Telethon, and meet the Satellite Celebrity Children that represent their areas

What is a Satellite?

A Satellite is a group of dedicated people in their "hometown" communities that band together to raise money to benefit the sick, handicapped and underprivileged children of Western New York. Satellite volunteers come from all walks of life. You need no special skills or talent, just the willingness to help raise money! Whether it be a dance, a turkey bowling party, musical chairs, selling candy bars, gold hearts etc., there is a need for any help you can provide
